The Alpine A110 is Echappement’s sports car of the year
Alpine A110 Pure and A110 Légende on sale
As every year for more than thirty years, the magazine Echappement organizes the election of the best sports car of the year. This year, 8 cars where shortlisted by the magazine.
The finalists went to Burgundy to compete during a day of circuit testing with François Delecour, Nicolas Schatz, Yoann Bonato and Cindy Gudet at the wheel. At the end of this day of testing, the Alpine A110 climbs to the top of the podium.
The Alpine A110 was unanimously acclaimed by pilots, readers and the Echappement editorial team, always placing the car first among the 8 candidates.
The 1955 units of the A110 Première Edition have all been produced and the last deliveries are in progress. The production of the A110 Pure and Légende has started at the Dieppe plant; they are now available for testing in the Alpine Centers.
Alpine was founded in 1955 by Jean Rédélé, a young man passionate about motorsports. The Alpine name became legendary when the Alpine A110 ‘Berlinette’ won the 1971 and 1973 Monte Carlo Rally. Today, Alpine is back with the new A110, a sports car faithful to Alpine’s timeless principles of compactness, lightness and agility, with one promise: driving pleasure.
